You'll define the brand's identity and tone of voice and produce high-quality creative assets according to the brand's values, mission, and objectives, with the aim of creating a high-impact global communication.You will develop creative ideas and coordinate localizations across our different countries to ensure the highest impact on our target audience and strong global image of the brand worldwide.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an active contributor, with expertise in team leadership.Your Missions:Lead the global content and creative strategy and shape the visual identity of the brand for all communication channels.Be responsible for brand guidelines, imagery, and image campaigns.Lead the internal creative team of designers and copywriters to achieve an efficient team that delivers results.Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with external creative agencies.Oversee the production of diverse content types, including digital (online, paid media assets, social media, email marketing), in-store visual merchandising, trade marketing, commercial support, and educational content (both B2B and B2C).Participate in brand awareness initiatives and improve user experience to enable sales through higher demand generation.Analyze and study competition, market trends, and consumer needs to maximize sales opportunities.Establish KPIs for creative and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and analyze performance data to refine creative and content strategies.Provide strong support to the entire marketing, digital, e-commerce, and educational departments.Report to the Global Brand and Marketing Director.Requirements:Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.Previous successful experience in managing creative teams and working with creative agencies (+5 years), preferably in the fashion/luxury or cosmetics sector.Proven expertise in developing and executing creative and content strategies for B2B/B2C audiences and projects that drove measurable results
