You report directly to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, who is a member of the Group Executive Management Team.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDesign the Global Compliance strategy and draft the Compliance Annual Plan.Develop, update, and implement company-wide compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.Conduct regular reviews and updates to policies to align with changing legal requirements.Supervise the Compliance organization and ensure Global deployment of the compliance plan.Act as the Compliance Committee Secretary, prepare the agenda, the committee supporting material as well as minute the meetings.Support the General Counsel in drafting Board of Directors as well as Board Audit Committee presentation, reports, and analysis.Support the Company in achieving relevant compliance certifications (e.G., ISO 37001, ECOVADIS)Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in the industry and ensure the company's compliance.Monitor changes in regulations and advise management on necessary actions.Ensure implementation of relevant changes through the Compliance framework.Supervise the Whistleblowing Platform in cooperation with the Compliance Officer, the internal investigators, and the external platform provider.Lead internal investigations into compliance-related issues, violations, and breaches.Implement corrective actions together with relevant stakeholders and communicate findings to the Compliance Committee.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.Ensure inclusion and integration of relevant fraud risks into the enterprise risk management framework.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.Oversee enterprise risk management processes and work closely with relevant stakeholders to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across the organization.Ensure consistency between Internal Audit assessment and the Enterprise risk management framework
