The RoleThe WTW Employer Brand team is recruiting for a Global Employer Brand Specialist - Experienced Professionals. This role will support the global recruitment marketing activity for experienced hires, as well as support the delivery and management of multiple reputational and local campaigns. It is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in a wide range of disciplines, from social media to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data.
With this role, success invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams and/or external creative agencies. We are looking for someone who understands how to take a core business message and turn this into an attractive proposition, on a global and local scale. We're interested in your strategic approach to problem-solving creatively and supporting projects across a complex organization. The daily tasks include the following:
Content Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in content marketing and employer branding to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with WTW's employer brand voice and values.Social Media Management: Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and others to schedule, monitor, and engage with our audience on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and YouTube).Job Board Management: Manage profile information on job boards to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.SEO Blog Content Writing: Create SEO-optimized blog content for our career site to enhance our online presence and attract potential candidates. Update and maintain the website content.Design and Video Editing: Create visually appealing static, dynamic, photo and video content for our social media channels and website.Campaign Reporting and Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of branding campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Leverage Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of our online content and campaigns.The RequirementsProven experience in employer branding content creation and managing organic campaigns across geographies.Proficiency in SEO blog content writing.Strong language written skills in English and Spanish.
