Job Description: Mission & Responsibilities Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. Designs and develops compensation policies. Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness. Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration and tracks the accomplishment. Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company. Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization. Trains line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies. Job valuations following multiple methodologies. Defines dashboards and reports to analyze the HR data and extract meaningful insights. Qualifications & Languages Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in business English. Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable. Previous experience & Industry background Experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous. Media agency, Tech company, Data company, Consultancy. Soft skills & Competencies Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with reporting systems like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A collaborative team player who takes ownership, embraces challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Contract Type: Permanent
