Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?Previous experience in implementing change programs and IA adoption.Knowledge of agile methodologies and organizational change processes.Ability to apply and facilitate predefined methodologies.Familiarity with IA tools and processes is a plus, but not essential.Exceptional communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both users and technical teams.Teamwork: Close collaboration with other teams to ensure program success.Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential for interacting with users and the organization's team.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Change Facilitator: Act as a facilitator in adopting IA programs, applying predefined methodologies to ensure successful transition and adoption of new tools and processes.Training and Communication: Responsible for training and communication around the change, ensuring that all users understand and adapt to the new IA processes.
Design and conduct training sessions, presentations, and educational materials.Leadership: Lead the change process, acting as the main point of contact for IA adoption, resolving doubts, and providing guidance to both users and internal teams.Adoption Management: Ensure that adoption methodologies are properly implemented and that users follow the new procedures effectively.
