About the Position
As a Technical Customer Support Advisor, you will deliver top-tier technical assistance to our clients through phone and email.
Your role will involve supporting B2B customers (merchants) by resolving issues related to their e-commerce transactions on the platform.
You'll investigate and troubleshoot payment and account concerns, ensuring strong relationships with customers through prompt follow-up.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main duty will be to deliver exceptional support to customers by handling both technical and administrative queries via telephone, chat, and email.
This will involve helping customers with the installation and setup of their terminals or online payment solutions, resolving any reported issues, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Your Profile
Fluent in the requested language
Working proficiency in English
Ideally, you bring experience from a call center environment
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain a positive, adaptable mindset
Team-oriented with a keen interest in technology
Service-oriented and skilled at managing conflicts constructively
