We are responsible for solving incidents and service requests to ensure that our colleagues can focus on their responsibilities.Provide remote support to our retail store systems and applicationsEnsure that all registration is done according to guidelines (ITIL)Drive user behavior to increase self-serviceProvide advice and guidance on applications and systemsParticipate in the continued optimization of the global TECH Service DeskAct as users' advocates in TECH and follow through on tickets.Do you want to know more about us?
