Your qualifications
Hands-on: You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.
Previous roles: Sales development representative, business development representative.
Experience: Two years or more.
We are looking for someone ready to grow with us.
Language skills: German language (C1) is required.
You should also be proficient in English (C1).
French is a big plus.
Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically.
No closing attitude: If you can close deals, that would be a plus, but it is not necessary.
Structure: Self-organization and professional growth is the core of your work ethic.
Technical understanding: Familiarity with CRM software.
Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
Education: You have successfully completed a vocational training or a bachelor's degree.
Your tasks
Daily work: Provide administrative support, qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.
Outbound: Engage in cold calling and cold emailing.
Inbound: Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.
Social selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.
Customer contact: Build and maintain relationships through calls and written communication.
Process building: Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.
