We are in search of a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them improve their online presence through Google Ads and other related services.
Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, offering strategic marketing guidance, and contributing to business growth.
This position features a hybrid work model, with 2 days each week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city's premier business locations, and 3 days working remotely for enhanced flexibility.
Core Responsibilities:Consultation and Strategic Guidance: Support clients in effectively utilizing Google Ads by delivering customized marketing strategies and sales recommendations tailored to their specific objectives.
Design targeted campaigns that yield measurable outcomes.Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our offerings.Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, recommending additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients' business goals.Campaign Performance Enhancement: Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable suggestions to optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure clients receive exceptional service.Performance Reporting and Insights: Regularly present clients with performance reports and insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns. Ideal Candidate Qualifications:Native-level German speaker with excellent communication abilities in both German and English.Prior experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (experience with Google Ads is a major plus).Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.Results-driven mindset with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client support.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
