As the Customer Advisor, you will Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, or e-mail. Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience. Work as part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and Team Lead, as required. Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally. Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned. Skills & Experience Good verbal and written Korean (Mono-lingual) or English (bi-lingual) communication skills. A passion for helping and supporting others, gaining a sense of fulfillment from making someone's day. Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools. Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented.
