As a Remote German-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will assist our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our advanced digital banking products. This role is fully remote, but applicants must reside in Spain.Role Summary:In this position, you will manage customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat. Your responsibilities will include helping clients with account management, password issues, transactions, and recommending relevant products. Prior experience is not required, as we offer comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a desire to learn.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.Assist customers with banking needs, such as opening accounts, resetting passwords, and resolving transaction-related concerns.Provide guidance on using the digital banking platform to enhance customer satisfaction.Ensure prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries.Product Guidance:Explain and promote digital banking products and services tailored to the German market.Clearly outline the benefits, features, and risks of various banking and investment offerings.Proactively recommend appropriate banking solutions, while adhering to regulatory requirements.Administrative Support:Manage back-office tasks, including handling email and WhatsApp queries and responding to chat requests.Assist with updating accounts, processing documents, and other administrative duties.Keep accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.Compliance & Regulations:Follow all relevant internal and external banking regulations, ensuring transparency and customer protection.Ensure communication with clients meets ethical and regulatory standards.Stay informed on any updates to digital banking regulations affecting the German market.Performance & Quality:Meet or exceed the company's service and quality benchmarks.Achieve sales targets and service goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.Report and track any issues with the digital banking platform to ensure swift resolution.Qualifications & Requirements:Language Skills: Fluent or native German speaker (C1 level or above) with strong proficiency in English. Spanish is optional but a plus.Location: Applicants must be based in Spain and have reliable internet access.Education: Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in customer service or finance are an advantage but not essential.Customer Focus: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
