FUNCTIONS For our growing Business, Catenon (www.Catenon.Com) is looking for a German Recruitment Consultant based in Barcelona or Madrid.

Mission: Full involvement in all Recruiting activities.

Responsibilities: Involved in all key phases of the recruitment process. Direct Search of potential candidates. Filtering candidates using our unique technological tools. Conducting interviews according to job requirements. Presenting short-listed candidates to hiring managers. Remain in close contact with the project manager and client. Requirements: Currently enrolled or graduated from a University with a degree in Business, Economics, HR, Law, etc. Interest in the area of recruitment and/or HR Projects. German native, fluent in English; other languages are very welcome. Comfortable with new technologies. Dynamic and proactive. Results-focused. Collaborative.
