German Junior Campaign Specialist (Barcelona)

Job Overview:As a Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate closely with a portfolio of new clients to assist them in creating their first online advertising campaigns. This is a goal-oriented position where you will work towards personal objectives while being part of a larger onboarding team, ultimately making a significant impact on your clients' businesses.Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through the onboarding process and developing PPC campaigns.Identify and address the needs and business goals of clients.Drive growth in advertising spend, encourage upselling, and ensure the sustainability of long-term campaigns.Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.Requirements:German (Native or C2 level).English (C1 level).Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and craft persuasive proposals.What We Offer:Full-time role (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Salary: 24,310 gross per year + up to 4,290 in bonuses annually.Hybrid work model based in Barcelona.Permanent contract.3 weeks of extensive training on products and specialized sales techniques.Great working environment with fantastic colleagues, social events, and opportunities for personal growth.Office with a seaside location at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, Spain.If you'd like to learn more about this opportunity and the company, please apply, and a recruiter will reach out via email or LinkedIn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
