Purpose of Role: In this role, you will be the ambassador of the brand and will provide an excellent customer experience and satisfaction, accompanying the future customer until the sale is concluded successfully, having the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.
You will strive for a positive customer experience by leading competent consultations in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities: Be responsible for conducting competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
You will receive the lead from the marketing team.
You will be responsible for the pre-sales processes and provide a positive experience to the future client.
You will carry out the sales processes with a main focus on the positive experience of the client.
Requirements: Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
German: C2 level.
High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets.
Customer-centric and problem-solving.
Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus.
Motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
Benefits: 38.5h per week permanent contract, Monday to Sunday.
Shifts between 8am and 8pm.
Salary: €21,920 gross/year + up to €1,800 gross/year target bonuses.
