What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands
Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
Follow all the processes and procedures of the project
Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
Your Qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and Portuguese, and advanced level of English
Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution
It will be a plus if you have:
- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration

Salary 19,800 euros gross/year + up to 2,000 euros gross/year in bonus
