The Territory Manager position is a key role in building the commercial strategy for Pandora LATAM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned territory to achieve sales and KPI targets, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities: Set and communicate sales and KPI goals for each store in the territory, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct regular scorecard visits to stores, develop individual action plans, and drive improvement initiatives to meet SELLOUT goals/KPIs.Ensure a consistent Consumer Experience across assigned stores, working closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing Departments.Territory Management: Lead a team of store managers and teams, inspiring and developing committed and high-performing store staff.Coach field teams and store staff on product knowledge, company background, and LINK tools, driving compliance with training objectives.Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with the Pandora Brand Values.Requirements: Extensive store management experience within a large organization, with a proven track record of delivering in a multi-site field management role.A customer-centric team leader with a target-driven and sales-focused mentality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).Data-driven approach, with experience in scheduling, high performance, productivity, stock optimization, payroll, and territory management.Ability to prioritize tasks, work under time pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
