Overview: Global B2B Deployment Analyst will lead the development and implementation of Customer Engagement & Digital Ordering Platform across several business units in Europe and APAC to optimize today and create new opportunities for the business tomorrow based on customer & shopper needs.
The current digital solution is a B2B mobile & web-based solution that was successfully developed and launched in several markets and is active for over 2 years.
Main objective of this role is to support Deployment manager to rollout the tool to European-APAC markets as well as maintain & upgrade in light of needs of customers across multiple markets.
This role will collaborate with a variety of functions within PepsiCo Global organization (Advanced Analytics, Perfect Store, IT, Commercial) as well as key stakeholders from Business Units/markets in scope.
Responsibilities:Pioneer a new way to engage with customers digitally and utilize a data-driven approach.Support the rollout of Customer Engagement & Digital Ordering Platform across markets including all necessary improvements/adjustments to be done.Engage with the cross functional scrum teams including IT resources.For each market, facilitate the process to understand key business objectives and customer pain points.Own, prioritize and communicate the Product Backlog and work together with local product business owners, IT team, 3rd party vendors, agencies & global/regional teams.Propose and co-develop digital campaign mechanisms and activation plans.Develop standard scorecards to track performance, problem solve issues, create actionable plans and find new opportunities.Develop a deep understanding of consumer/customer behavior data.Ensure value realization targets are achieved over the horizon of the implementation.Identify & share best practices and insights coming from each BU, other sectors and other external companies. Qualifications:3+ years proven experience and a track record in digital product management within a B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce).4+ years proven experience in multi-national F&B organizations, working mainly in sales and projects implementation.High interest and good understanding of digital business models and technology advances.Project management - ability to manage multiple projects.Analytical skills - ability to create robust analysis over digital platform's data.Capacity to influence others and work with various stakeholders.Working with integrity as a valuable member of the virtual European digital team.Strong drive for results with a high degree of flexibility.Ability to travel (15%), i.e.
Good level of written & spoken English.
