We are seeking a visionary entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of taking startups from zero to success. You will lead the growth of Bluequo in Spain, preserving the culture at all times, and overseeing all key areas: Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product and HR.

Job Functions
Strategic Leadership
Execute the growth strategy in the Spanish market that reflects the vision of Bluequo.
Lead and inspire the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Foster a company culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
Organizational Culture and Team Management
Create a corporate culture based on the values of disruption, excellence, innovation, with passionate and positive individuals.
Build and lead a talented team in Spain, fostering collaboration, passion, and high performance.
Motivate, guide, and develop employees, ensuring an inspiring work environment focused on results and innovation.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company.
Communicate effectively with investors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Present the company's vision, strategy, and performance to the board of directors and investors.
Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, cash flow, and budgeting.
Ensure financial health and sustainability of the company.
Work closely with the finance team to analyze financial reports and make informed business decisions.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Oversee the creation of sales decks, presentations, and marketing materials.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
Requirements +10 years of experience in similar roles
Previous experience in start-up is highly desired
Proven experience in leading Teams
In-depth Finance and business acumen knowledge
HR services industry knowledge is a nice to have
