We'd love to talk to you about this opportunity!As a Gaming Moderator you will review user generated content and follow community guidelines to ensure everything is appropriate, non-offensive, and in compliance with our client's guidelines.You will be key in building a secure and safe gaming environment for users and making sure our client's brand reputation is kept safe at all times.What You'll Do As a core part of the opportunity, you will be reviewing strong graphic images, sound files and written content that may violate the guidelines of the community.Follow Guidelines: moderating in accordance with The Social Element guidelines and client-specific guidelines.Escalation of Sensitive Content that falls within the official guidelines e.G. child safety, bomb threats, etc.Carrying out moderation and training according to the times scheduled in the project schedule.Complete Shift Reports by using templates provided according to individual projects requirements.Supporting moderators who need assistance as well as mentoring and providing guidance to new moderatorsInforming Project Managers of any technical or other issues with sites or content and providing feedback on any client issues.Working Hours Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends (morning and evenings) to cover all project hours which are approx. 15 to 20 hours per week.. At times, the times may change and the amount of hours you will be required to work may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the projects.For this work, you must be available on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as a minimum and ideally, available late evening, 7pm (UK Time) onwards.Child ProtectionAt The Social Element, we place the protection of children at the heart of everything we do.
