Job Description:Our customer is named Doki. Doki is a mhealth startup and our vision is to build a comprehensive digital solution to address all users' health and medical needs. Our first step in this journey is to develop an online consultation platform, build a user base, and then expand to other parts of the health value chain, like prescription delivery and medical lab tests. Currently, a tech and product team has been established outside Spain. We are on track to launch the platform in mid-September in Spain. Our team has a lot of experience building startups in different sectors in Iran and Turkey.Responsibilities:Be the face of the company and have a proactive approach in participating in events and doing PR activities.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.Make solutions for legal issues.Requirements:2+ years of experience working as a Business Development Manager, Growth Manager, Business Owner, or proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.Familiarity with the health business.Proven sales track record.Experience in customer support is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.G.
