Ga400 - Planning Product Manager, Grocery Partnerships

Amazon is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Planning Product Manager to join the Grocery Partnerships EU PM team, to be based out of London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, or Munich.
The person will play a critical role in the growth and customer satisfaction of our Grocery Partnerships business (major local grocery players offering their selection to Amazon customers) for IT & ES, ensuring the best Customer Experience.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting and groundbreaking initiative at Amazon.
Key Responsibilities: Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) weekly process for the whole network of stores in our IT & ES locales.
Monitor CX KPIs during weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews to ensure we delight customers.
Create tools and simplify processes to achieve business and efficiency goals.
Deep dive on complex problems and elaborate bright, actionable and scalable solutions.
Be a data owner by creating, updating and improving queries and provide analytics support when needed.
Identify opportunities to scale and offshore manual processes.
Support our selling partners in IT & ES in rolling out tech projects.
Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Business or Engineering background.
Very strong sense of involvement and ability to lead projects effectively in a constantly changing environment.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with an ability to manage operations.
Tech enthusiast and quick learner.
Comfortable with ambiguity and an ability to prioritize topics.
High interest in SQL and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience in project management and/or e-commerce.
Prior experience using SQL.
