As a Material Planning Manager, you will play a vital role in our Planning community in the Taste division, ensuring the right Planning processes are in place, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and helping your team to achieve their full potential. Your key responsibilities: Manage and control the Material Planning operation for one site, supporting planners on escalations and crisis management.Ensure correct parametrization of materials in the system to enable effective planning routines.Develop strong partnerships with teams on site and with the Sourcing team, to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans, and superior service levels for our customers.Engage key internal and external stakeholders in regular and efficient communication to mitigate Raw Material availability risks.Lead improvement initiatives for internal processes within the Planning organization and involving other internal departments.Train newcomers and support them during the onboarding process.Develop the team's competencies to better support the business. You bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a similar discipline.8+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, or similar roles.Preferably 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams.Fluency in English; any other language is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO); Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.Good Microsoft Office skills.
