New stars are born here, so don't miss your chance.This is our Integrated Marketing Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.Tasks in the roleDeveloping and executing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion, demonstrating a self-starter mentality. This includes:Leading internal campaign communications from briefings to reportingCollaborating with creative production teams to deliver high-quality assets on timeOwning and managing the campaign timelineMapping and optimizing the complete consumer journeyOverseeing and allocating campaign budgetsAligning and coordinating different teams (e.g., creative, media, product)Developing and testing new campaign formats and channels to optimize performanceCreating comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage multiple channels and align with business goals, including:Developing data-driven forecasts for campaign performanceCreating multiple scenarios to evaluate potential outcomes of strategic decisionsConducting risk assessments and developing contingency plansOverseeing various marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, social media, influencers) and coordinating with specialized teamsActing as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts across different departmentsEnsuring alignment of channel-specific strategies with overall campaign goalsFacilitating effective communication and collaboration between teamsAnalyzing campaign metrics, working with analytics teams to derive insights, and making data-driven decisionsStaying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative ideas into campaign strategiesUtilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign effectivenessRequirementsWho we are looking for5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong strategic thinking and campaign planning abilitiesExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive decksCreativityAttention to detailBasic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysisAwareness of industry trendsGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on resultsAdaptability and willingness to test new marketing approachesBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related fieldAdvanced English language skillsNot required, but a plusProficiency in using AI tools for marketing purposesStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsA bit about the teamThe Global Campaigns Team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives across various products and markets worldwide.
