At Factorial we're looking for a hands-on Group Product Manager to help us take the Product team to the next level.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Group Product Manager with experience in Payroll or Financial products to join our Payroll Data and Connection teams. The role requires full ownership of your area, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to deal with uncertainty while combining a strategic product mindset with a focus on execution and urgency. What will you be doing?
As a hands-on Group Product Manager in the Operations Domain at Factorial, you will manage a team of three Product Managers with varying levels of maturity and experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of these PMs, their products, and their teams. Depending on the team, this might involve getting into the details of the daily work of some teams while providing clear direction to others and help them set a clear and common strategy and execute on it. You will need to collaborate with the Engineering and Design members of those teams. You'll be part of a larger product team, working closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand the world of HR amongst the diverse landscape of companies and spot opportunities to deliver them value.
You likely are a good fit if you:
Have experience in B2B SaaS (+3 years) with proven success in your product or portfolio.
Think like an entrepreneur, taking ownership of the product/portfolio and driving it from inception to market success.
Are business driven and obsessed with impact.
You define the product strategies that make the business goals and provide value to users.
Are familiar with Payroll or Finance products and processes.
Have experience managing people, particularly in varied stages of their careers: providing hands-on guidance to junior PMs while setting strategic direction for senior PMs.
Are data-driven, set success metrics and hypotheses before every launch and believe everything must be measured.
Have an eye for design and the little details. We pride ourselves for being an intuitive software that stands out for offering the simplest solutions to complex problems.
Have strong communication skills, you pitch and even sell. Our PMs are very GTM-driven.
You can speak and write in English fluently. Other languages are highly valued: Spanish, French, Italian and German.
Actively find ways to improve processes and results through detailed interactions, even if they're outside of your comfort zone.
Can deal with uncertainty, find problems worth solving and make plans to execute solutions.
Have experience with third party integration.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 67.000€ and 93.000€. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
