We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAwayLead a developing team of SDRs operating in the DACH marketContribute to personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and trainingPersonally run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development ManagerWork with the Sales Executives and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loopProactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth Your basic qualificationsExcellent level of German and a good level of EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales"Lead by example" attitude: you should not tell others how to succeed but rather show itHunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every dayProactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakesFlexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties We are also interested inPrevious experience in Business travel/start-upsPrevious experience as team lead Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthUncapped variable compensation and equity in the companyDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisionsMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate togetherFriday afternoons offFlexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and office in the very heart of BCN
