About the Position
The Business Assistant is responsible for supporting the work of the Division team on projects directed at maximizing company profits and helping sales and marketing strategies.
Key Accountabilities Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, mails, and phone callsManaging diaries and organizing meetings and appointmentsBooking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodationOrganizing events, conferences, and sales meetingsReminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinesTyping, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondenceManaging databases and filing systemsImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsLiaising with staff, suppliers, and clientsCollating and filing expensesCommission ControllerTracking invoices and managing expenses and budgetsEthic Code, contracts (proctos, etc)Transparency lawBrochures monitoring and controlPurchase orders and purchase requisitionsDealing politely, professionally, and effectively with peopleActive collaborationAnalyzing, researching, and resolving problemsUpdating contract databaseMaintaining internal and external confidences, discretionExercising good judgment in a variety of situationsNetworking / Key Relationships
This position requires constant cooperation with different internal departments such as Accounting, Communication and Image, IT, as well as with external division suppliers (travel agency, Fenin, etc).
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Education: Graduate with any degree discipline in business or related field.
- Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience with digital communication tools.
