Job Description
To support our Shiji Distribution Solutions team, we are looking for a Sales Manager that will be responsible for leading and developing the growth of Shiji's distribution solution - IcePortal across the hospitality and tourism industry in the English speaking markets.
You will also focus on raising the profile of IcePortal in the regions by working with partners and key industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities Business generation for the mentioned markets through lead generation and demo sessions with clients to demonstrate the power of the product.Update sales process and procedures documentation based upon lessons learned.Client contract & payment follow-up.Interact with all departments necessary within the organization to resolve client issues.Update all internal systems to properly track sales opportunities, engagement & customer contacts.Update the CRM & Service Management systems with appropriate information.Provide weekly sales reporting to Sales Management.Forge strong relationships with our prospects, customers and industry partners.Protect & maximize revenue potential with all prospects.Identify and report product and service enhancement requests.Input and update information on customer conversations and issues.Complete and achieve all other assigned goals in relation to the position.Qualifications Native/bilingual in written & spoken English.Additional languages are beneficial.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Positive personality with a good learning attitude.Experience with IT technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions preferably within the Hospitality industry (Beneficial but not essential).Detail oriented.Ability to multi-task.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required.Professional "get it done" attitude and work ethic.Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures.Additional Information Flexible work schedule.Free coffee.Brand new office located in the center of Barcelona.International team and fantastic work environment.Team building activities and charity donation programs.Wellness sessions.
