IT Business Analyst
Leading technical aspects of the implementation of new solutions, documenting business requirements, modelling processes and roles, configuring integrated solutions, ensuring information security and supporting a global solutions.
What you'll do: Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with strategyImprove connection between global functions representatives / system owners and IT-specialists within Global-ITReport project status to sponsors and steering committeesClosely cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domainsEstablish clear priorities among project activitiesProvide or ensure 2nd / 3rd line of support for systems in scope (System Administration)Perform configurations on systems in scopeEnsure integrity and security of corporate dataEnsure integrity on systems functionality (testing after updates, changes)Coordinate, support or execute key and end-user training activities for systems in scope.
