Job Details:
Main duties:Processing of payroll for EMEA countries with outsourced payroll providers such as ADP.Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework.Responsible for federal, state and local tax payments.Respond to employees' questions via internal ticketing system.Point of contact for internal and external audits.Project work related to payroll.Support accounting team with payroll reconciliations.Payroll year-end process.Participate in cross-functional initiatives (HR/Payroll/Compliance).Requirements:University diploma or equivalent.2-5 years of experience in payroll.Familiar with payroll process and local rules.English and one European language required (German preferred).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Independent, curious, self-starter, meticulous and motivated.Agile with IT systems.Work conditions:Will report to a line manager in the EMEA region and will be part of an international payroll team of 15 people. As our offices are partially closed due to the COVID-19, this position may be remote (working from home to begin with).
