With operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, South Africa, the UK, Italy, and now expanding to Spain, we're looking for a dynamic Country Manager to spearhead our Spanish market launch in 2024.
The Role
As the Country Manager for Spain, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing the Soly brand to the Spanish market, driving our mission forward. Your goal:
to make Soly a leading name in solar energy for residential and small commercial clients across Spain.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Launch, expand, and scale Soly's operations in Spain, building a dedicated team to support growth.Partnership Development: Act as Soly's primary representative in Spain, cultivating strategic partnerships to bolster our market presence.Operational Excellence: Manage the P&L, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering unparalleled service to our residential customers.Performance Monitoring: Independently assess performance against company targets, contributing insights and strategies for growth.Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with all functional teams to align efforts and spearhead initiatives that enhance the customer experience.Your Profile Over 5 years' experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, investment banking, startups, or scale-ups).Demonstrated success in scaling consumer-focused businesses.A natural leader with the ability to inspire and influence across functions.Analytical and strategic, with a hands-on approach to developing business insights.Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.What We Offer A chance to be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution in a fast-growing B2C and B2B scale-up.Autonomy from day one, with a steep learning curve and the freedom to lead.Competitive compensation, including salary, performance bonuses, and potential equity through our stock option plan.A role in an international B Corp, contributing to a sustainable future.About Soly
