Description: To support and manage Payroll processing for defined countries France, Sweden, and additional EMEA countries where we need to gain backup and some process improvements to the end-to-end payroll. This role will also support payroll case management for the countries that you are managing with the local PSC team members. You will also support the build-out of the Payroll Operating model and ensure that governance and audit controls are in place and maintained by the Global PSC team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the Payroll administration and approval and ensure that the payroll process is completed on schedule; provide final validation and sign-off for payroll.Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners (Genpact) to ensure smooth service transition.Manage Mobility cases in the region in partnership with Mobility Vendors and HR Business Partners.Manage complex cases and process escalations, ensuring complete resolution for cases.Support implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes in the countries supported.Drive adaptation of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service for essential HR processes (change, communication, and training).Have a continuous improvement mindset to support effective and efficient changes to HR processes, procedures, and controls.Skills & Qualifications: Project and change management expertise.Knowledge of external workforce programs.Strong stakeholder management.Workday knowledge highly desirable.Background partnering with External Vendors and managing third parties.Shared service or GBS background desirable.What we offer in return: You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believes that we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.You will receive a competitive compensation package with a bonus structure and extended benefits.You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture.You will participate in feedback loops, during which a personalized career path will be established.You will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one, where everyone is empowered to grow and take on accountability.
