We are one of the most promising startups of 2024 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. This is only the beginning as we've got our sights set on spreading to the rest of Europe and later to include other continents as well. Ukio's mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want. We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere.

Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Support Intern to assist our key account management team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless client relations and supporting the operational needs of the team.
Responsibilities Administrative Assistance:
Assist the key account management team with various administrative tasks. Help maintain and update client databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Ticketing and Client Management:
Handle the Ticketing Pipeline of the Key Account Management (KAM) team. Provide general support in client communications, including follow-ups and responses.VIP Programme Support:
Scrape and document every booking related to the VIP programme.Documentation and Process Management:
Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Notion pages updated with the latest processes and information.
