We are an American multinational with a presence around the world including England, Belgium, India, Malaysia, and Spain.Our MissionAs a Provider Claims Representative, your mission will involve critical analysis and processing of claims for medical expenses within the fixed turnaround time.Key AreasClaims processing: Assessing and processing claims for medical expenses while ensuring medical confidentiality.Accurate data input to PC and mainframe applications.Positioning oneself analytically and critically in the context of cost management and existing working methods.Following up on workload: monitoring chronology and processing time of work volume and taking suitable actions.Participating efficiently in processing the flow of claims: informing the Supervisor about claims lacking clarity and potential process optimizations.A sustained effort towards high-quality claims handling, accurate reimbursements, and fast transactions.Providing accurate communication about a dossier to the interested internal employee.Tracking irregularities in procedures and highlighting these to the Supervisor.Raising problems or sensitivities with your superior.Participating actively in an agreeable and amicable atmosphere.RequirementsEducation Level: Degree or similar experience (Foreign languages studies, translation and interpreting, administration, accountancy).Specific Knowledge: Advanced level of English and Spanish. Good knowledge of any of these languages is a plus: German, Dutch, Greek, French, Italian, Portuguese, or any other European language (Level intermediate – B2).Skills:Skillful in decision-making based on available information.Skilled with numbers and enjoys working with them.Accurate: aims to work faultlessly on data input.Disciplined: pays attention to procedures, agreements, and document flows.Efficient: balances quality and quantity effectively.Team player: able to work in a team.Skilled with computer programs and readily learns current office applications.Discreet: works discreetly with confidential (medical) information.What we offer:Long Term ContractMulticultural Working Environment with Hybrid Working: Enjoy working from home 3 days per week and 2 days from our Madrid office (shuttle bus from Madrid to the office).Training: 6 weeks (4 weeks at the office and 2 weeks to be discussed) from 9:00 to 17:00.Flexible Starting Hour: Our shifts are from 7:00 to 9:30, with the option to choose a time that suits you best (Monday to Friday - Morning intensive shift).
