Operational Excellence includes but is not limited to: Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
Partnering with the Client Advisor and management team.
Overseeing receipt of all incoming merchandise including liaison with customs and shipping agents.
Supporting in Client Services: Cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, taking in jewelry repairs, and providing after sales care.
Inventory management: Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory including stock control, cycle count accuracy, shrinkage, and ensuring appropriate assortment and model stock levels.
Coordination of price changes, partnering with store management to ensure all processes and systems support the required service standards.
Partner with Store Management regarding all onsite facilities are operating, and ensure WHS is managed as per company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years sales experience within a customer-focused environment, be it Sales, Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation.
A dynamic service-driven personality is essential!
A Blue Box Enthusiast.
A minimum of three years' experience in retail stock management/inventory control.
Strong analytical skills needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities: The Operations Coordinator is the heart of the back of house team in a Tiffany store.
The Operations Professional has strong communication and problem-solving skills and works effectively with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients to drive store sales and profitability.
Duties include providing exceptional client service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensuring merchandise is delivered; all with the Tiffany Touch.
