Functional Relationship Manager - Security and ComplianceWe are looking for a Functional Relationship Manager – Security and Compliance to be part of our IT Team supporting Integrated Business Services: Position Snapshot: Type of Contract: PermanentStream: Information TechnologyType of work: HybridWork Language: Fluent Business EnglishThe role: The IT Risk & Compliance Functional Relationship Manager will partner with the group IT Security & Compliance Manager, Markets IT and IT Product Managers to implement and sustain Nestlé Security & Compliance frameworks across the Integrated Business Services organization. The FRM will ensure the proper implementation, management, and follow-up of Risk, Compliance & Security across 7 locations and their 8000 employees.
What you'll do: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, plan, execute, and refine strategy, definitions, and roadmaps to implement and maintain the IBS Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 certification.Ensure all applications and digital services in IBS are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements and Business Continuity Plans.Support the prompt deployment of global Security & Compliance solutions and processes in IBS.Track the market security & compliance posture through relevant metrics and drive continuous improvement through the management system.Drive the continuous improvement of Security & Compliance posture by leading the Risk, Control & Applications owners through the ISMS Framework.We offer you: Great benefits including competitive salary and a comprehensive social benefits package. Our state-of-the-art campus is dog friendly and equipped with a medical center, canteen and areas to co-create network and chill!Recreation activities such as yoga, Zumba, etc. and a wide range of volunteering activities.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Quality Management, Business Administration, or other analytical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in Information Technology or related function.7+ years of experience in Information Security and compliance or Data Privacy.Stakeholder management experience with a proven record of successfully managing a complex stakeholder network.Experience working for or with a global matrixed organization including with virtual teams.Bonus Points if you: Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.Have direct experience and knowledge of regional, national, and local information technology laws and regulations.Have a strong understanding of information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.About the IT Hub
