This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, managing marketing technologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in HubSpot, proven experience with GDPR compliance, and strong skills in strategic thinking, collaboration, and technical execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Leadership and Process Optimization: Lead marketing operations initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support Go-To-Market strategies across the organization.Develop and manage sophisticated HubSpot workflows, email marketing strategies, and lead scoring/nurturing models to optimize lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing processes with customer journeys and business objectives.Establish and document scalable best practices for marketing execution, ensuring consistency and adaptability for future growth.
Technology, Data Management, and Budgeting: Optimize and Own Marketing Technology Stack: Oversee and enhance the marketing technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on HubSpot for automation, analytics, and integration with other systems.
Act as the technical owner of these platforms, ensuring system integrity, alignment, and scalability.Data Management and Compliance: Develop and implement robust strategies to ensure data accuracy, maintain GDPR compliance, and support analytics for informed decision-making.
Uphold high standards of data quality and governance across all marketing operations.Project Management Excellence: Utilize tools like JIRA to promote transparency, alignment, and efficient task execution within the marketing operations team.Budget Oversight: Monitor, evaluate, and manage the marketing technology budget to maximize value and cost efficiency, ensuring tools deliver optimal ROI.Continuous Optimization: Regularly review the tech stack to identify and implement enhancements or new tools that meet evolving business needs and drive operational excellence.
YOUR PROFILE: Experience and Expertise: 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or RevOps, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing processes and technologies to drive operational efficiency.Deep expertise in HubSpot, including configuration, optimization, and management of workflows, campaign reporting, lead scoring, segmentation, and integrations with other platforms.
