Frontline Activation Brand Manager Spain - 8 month fixed term contract, need someone to start ASAP. Fluent Spanish required.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Manager (8 months fixed term contract) to join the Iberian Frontline Marketing team. As a Frontline Activation Brand Manager for Spain, you will be driving brand activation on a local level for your dedicated brand and working closely with the local frontline marketing & European category team, local business operations team, and bottling partner, CCEP.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and manage brand activation at the local level, including building annual brand plan, managing brand campaigns, activations & promos, and experiential marketing and events (leveraging marketing assets), in coordination with the bottler & category teams.Support the country marketing lead on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments, and tasks that align with brand priorities.Participate in agile projects for the development of OU (Operating Unit) and Market-level innovation and marketing campaigns.Manage brand program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget.Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI's and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business, drive brand love, and brand value.Coordinate local activations with bottler, including brand campaigns, POS activations & promos, events, experiential/sampling.Prepare reports / market analysis / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports).Education Requirements & Related Work ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in marketing/business.3-5 years of experience in marketing activation (end to end project delivery) & brand management on a local market level; FMCG experience is a plus.Ability to understand and leverage business, finance, and commercial insights.Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross-correct in due time, scenario planning thinking.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (category marketing teams, bottler, other functions, agencies) and ensure alignment.Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time.Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with key stakeholders (category team, business operations team, bottler, local agencies).Language skills: Fluent Spanish and English.Our Purpose and Growth CultureWe are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
