About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee position to join our Front Office Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

- To ensure all guests are given a personalised, warm, friendly, courteous and efficient service at all times. Besides, warrant smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office.
- Be warrant of smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Desk, guaranteeing that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
- All individual personalised check ins and check outs of guests.
- Liaising with guests for all general enquiries
- To assist Other Hotel Front office Operation whenever required.
- To assist department objective in order to achieve targets (Up selling etc.)
- To be ready to work willingly to any assignment given. About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

- Studies related to hospitality Experience
- Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.

Skills

- Fluent in English
- Pleasing personality with a good attitude
- Knowledge about IT and PMS System, preferably Opera
- Open minded and flexible
