In your job as a front office manager, you're in charge of the reception at the club resort and also an organizational talent, motivator, and quality manager. With your team, you make sure at the reception that our guests are completely taken care of from arrival to departure. As the front office manager, you not only hold the strings in the background, you're also the radiant face out front.
Responsibilities of the Front Office Manager You hold all the strings in your hand. In your job as front office manager, you make sure that all activities in the front and back office run smoothly. You ensure that the contingent capacity utilization is optimal and take care of direct bookings. You're always the first contact person and a real role model for your team – which also applies when you support other departments, such as during a welcome cocktail in the evening in front of the restaurant or on the theater stage.
Working in Vacation Destinations As a front office manager at ROBINSON, you can stay longer than any guest. Our club resorts are located in beautiful areas and directly on the ocean or close to the ski lifts. In your job, you cooperate not only with your colleagues at the club and the headquarters in Hanover but also with travel agencies and representatives. At the same time, you're a cordial conversation partner for our guests.
Minimum Requirements for the Position For your new job as a front office manager, you should bring your passion and the following:
Experience at the reception of the upscale hospitality industry
Ideally, knowledge of protel
Fluency in the respective country's language is desired
