Empresas: Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc is opening in Summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the tranquil village of Colònia de Sant Jordi - 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, 2 bar outlets, a concept store & Picnic, spacious event & retreat areas and a lushious & magical garden area adjoining the Mediterranean sea.As Front Office Agent you will be creating countless, yet for each guest individual first and last impressions.From a truly warm welcome, with plentiful hand-picked WOW-moments until a sincere goodbye, which invites for many returns.You are a genuine host, you have the ability to keep an eagle-eye in the most chaotic situations and you will demonstrate in every action, why #LIFEISBETTERINBIKINI: - Leave an unforgettable first and last impression, while performing the guests' check-in and check-out - Be approachable, attentive and show real interest in our guests' stories and requests - Go the extra-mile and think out of the box.Challenge yourself and treat each guest individually - Receive, communicate and/or fulfill guest requests (restaurant reservations, order flowers…) - Arrival- and departure guest preparations.In charge of the final reservation- and invoice check - Create invoices and handle payment procedures - Take reservations by phone, e-mail or walk-in in absence of reservation team - E-mail, telephone & chat correspondence with inhouse and external guests This position is vacant immediately.Requisitos : WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE.......first working experience in a similar position in a lifestyle hotel...solid knowledge in working with hotel software (ideally Opera Cloud) and M365a passionate host with a solution-oriented can-do attitude...communicative and reliant team-playerflexible to work in different shifts.Including covering night shifts, when our night auditor is off duty (max.2-4 nights/month)...fluently speaking English, good German & Spanish skills – the more languages the better
