At ForceManager we are seeking a driven Marketing Operations Manager .
In this role, you will leverage your marketing operations expertise enhancing it with AI technologies - such as ChatGPT - to innovate processes, improve SQL generation, and amplify the productivity of our dynamic marketing team.
What you'll be doing: Constantly improve the conversion of leads into customers with effective lifecycle management and outstanding marketing insights, using software and your intuition to drive your decisions.
Create and analyze insightful dashboards in the CRM to perform trend analysis, anomaly detection, and audience segmentation.
Use AI technologies, specifically OpenAI's ChatGPT with GPT-4, to expedite content creation, translation, and adaptation for a variety of marketing materials.
Take charge of crafting and disseminating our newsletter campaigns, and coordinating webinars in collaboration with the marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
Collaborate with partners including resellers, top-tier telecommunication firms, and leading B2B software providers for efficient joint marketing initiatives, such as webinars, newsletters, or lead generation campaigns.
Foster relationships with partners, facilitating regular contact and collaboration for optimized marketing activities.
Work in synergy with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to maximize lead conversion and drive industry-specific campaigns.
Optimize lead to SQL conversion workflows and promote marketing content & initiatives to our customers using chat-based user support/conversion platforms like Intercom or Hubspot chat.
Continuously experiment with and innovate using new AI platforms to enhance productivity, automation, and output quality.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS tech companies.
Native-level Spanish speaker with high proficiency in English.
Familiarity with marketing-focused CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo (with a high preference for Hubspot)
