Responsibilities: Initiate outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.Expand and diversify the customer base while nurturing existing relationships.Document detailed call logs and customer feedback.Develop effective sales strategies based on competitor analysis.Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Requirements: Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficient in English.Previous experience in sales, preferably with CRM systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.Self-motivated and proactive with a competitive spirit.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset. Benefits: Full-time position (39 hours/week) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona.Salary: 22,950 EUR gross/year + up to 4,050 EUR gross/year bonus.Relocation support available.
