We are looking for a French Business Developer Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying key business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify robust sales opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets.Engage with a portfolio of assigned accounts, uncovering customer needs and positioning our solutions effectively.Conduct outbound calls and emails, often cold calling, to C-level decision makers, quickly building rapport and assessing business requirements.Understand and address prospect pain points, connecting business needs with our Cloud solutions through solution-selling techniques.Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce.com, ensuring all interactions are documented and accessible for seamless sales processes.Work collaboratively within a larger sales team, contributing to the growth of our customer base across EMEA.What We're Looking For: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Native-level proficiency in French, with fluency in English.In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain.Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally within the IT sector.Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform.Strong business acumen with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.Comfortable working towards individual and team quotas in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.1 year of IT outbound sales experience.Proven success in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts.Ability to identify key decision-makers and navigate complex business conversations.Highly motivated, competitive, and tenacious, with a strong desire to achieve goals.What is on the Offer: Competitive salary: 22,785 gross/year + up to 2,734 gross/year in bonuses.Permanent contract with a full-time schedule (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).Hybrid working model based in vibrant Barcelona.Relocation package including a flight ticket, airport taxi, and accommodation in a studio.Private health insurance support.Referral program with rewards.Continuous professional development through coaching and a clear career path within the project.Engaging work environment with regular contests, social events, and a collaborative team spirit.Opportunity to work with the world's largest provider of contact center services in a dynamic, business-casual setting.
