The Role We are building a strong, distributed community of independent recruiters to work with Europe and US's most innovative companies.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work in a global team of talented recruiters managing requisitions and delivering best in class candidatesfor a leadingcompany.
What you will do Deliver Talent Acquisition services to a largescale-up company, through flexible sourcing and headhunting; Deal with an existing portfolio of open vacancies Enhancing the talent acquisition delivery in several countries through effective sourcing strategies. Building and Nurturing your own talent pool and helping build the underline technology to streamline your work. What we look for At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or external) of ideally Tech or Business related roles Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially in boolean search International talent-hiring delivery and client-handling background EMEA in-depth knowledge LinkedIn Recruiter expertise Native or Professional English level Nice to have Familiarity with demanding, fast-paced work environmentsWhat we offer Tons flexibility & and above-market monthly commissions The possibility to help us build the recruitment platform of the future World-class talent attraction experience, with career growth opportunities Flexible working with yearly company trips.
