Job Description: The Property Group is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to work from our Marbella office. This role is perfect for someone with a dynamic approach, ready to embrace a "Whatever it takes" attitude to drive success. If you are currently working at another agency and feel limited in your progression, this could be your ideal opportunity to step up and lead a team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage your own sales and listings. Manage leads provided by the company (TPG). Tour clients to viewings. Generate new direct listings. Networking & Events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies. Required Qualifications/Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales. Self-discipline & relentlessness. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Experience in the Marbella real estate market. Established network of contacts in the real estate industry. Salary/Benefits: OTE 250,000€ P.A.
