PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.
Our Finance team is growing and we are looking for a FP&A Analyst to work in our Headquarters in Barcelona supporting the Finance team on core activities such as financial analysis, planning, reporting and pricing.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the tools for efficient planning and control activity.Prepare reports for the management team and other stakeholders.Maintain a consolidated view of the portfolio's P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and main KPIs.Develop models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors and KPIs.Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.Provide detailed analysis and commentary on revenue generation and cost center results.Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.Track KPIs, develop and document standard operating processes and prepare financial reports.Perform research and analysis as required.Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.Experience and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering required.At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Advisory Services, Investment Analysis, Consulting or similar.Experience in developing financial models in Excel (P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet).Spanish fluent and English Advanced will be a plus.Strong user of Excel and BI Tools.What we offerCompetitive salary!Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Private health insurance covered by the company.At least one day of home office per week!Free language classes.Individual development plans.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company.
