FP&A Analyst – Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

As the FP&A Analyst, you are part of financial planning, analysis, and decision support as well as financial compliance and reporting. You will collaborate and support primarily within the FP&A team and also support other finance colleagues in the business units, corporate finance, and other finance functions. This position is located at our Center of Excellence facility in Barcelona, Spain, and requires you to commit to a hybrid work model (three days in office, two days remote).
Essential Job Functions:
Supports FP&A manager within his area of responsibility, mainly Cash Flow analysis and forecasting with particular focus on NWC.
Overall support in financial planning and analysis processes, such as monthly closing, outlooks, and annual budget process.
Business partnering with Supply Chain & Procurement (inventory tracking and planning, cost control, business decision support, reporting, KPI, etc.).
Partners effectively with other finance and business functions and provides analysis and decision support.
Collaborates with BU Controllers and other finance functions in ensuring state-of-the-art financial systems and processes that maximize functional efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's Degree preferred; Ideal area of study: Finance, Accounting or Controlling.
2-3 years of working experience (previous internships/experience in Controlling, FP&A or Corporate Finance preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), ideally knowledge of finance tools (such as SAP, OneStream) and Business Intelligence Solutions (like Power BI).
Highly analytical support for complex business analysis.
Bias towards action and results delivery which are critical in a high-performance oriented environment.
Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication in English.
