By understanding key drivers of change and the implications of this change, we aim to make our client's businesses and projects 'future-proof'.
Key methodologies, including horizon scanning, trend research, scenario planning, and visioning, are employed to map out our evolving future context and assess what trends are most relevant to us today.The Foresight, Strategy, and Insights team in Madrid is currently looking for a curious and motivated trainee to help its newly established team with support on the following core tasks:Research and analysis (primary and secondary research involving qualitative and/or quantitative analysis)Drafts development and revision of bids and project proposalsWriting, editing, and layout of client reports and other presentationsPreparation and planning of business development activitiesMinimum RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a degree in foresight, strategy, business administration, management, analytics/data science, finance, economics, or other relevant fields.Knowledge and/or strong intellectual curiosity for global developments, systemic risks, and a broad interest in economic, environmental, geopolitical, technological, and societal developments.Experience in supporting research and analysis projects.Experience supporting the drafting and production of insight products, thought-leadership pieces, etc.Coordination skills, attention to detail, capacity to apply critical thinking and synthesize various viewpoints and complex issues.Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
