He/she reports to the restaurant manager and the director of operations.
More than just a manager, we are looking for someone dynamic and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and a great ability to lead, motivate and develop their team.

Your missions will be as follows: - Manage a team of more than twenty five people.
- Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the service (delivery of dishes, customer satisfaction, responsiveness to specific requests, etc.).
- Ensure a quality of welcome and service in accordance with standards - Actively participate in the recruitment and training of the team, with personalised monitoring of each member of staff, with a view to constantly improving the individual performance of team members.
- Promote and animate the restaurant through events - Welcoming and building the loyalty of local and international clientele, maintaining the image and good reputation of the establishment - Controlling the cleanliness (HACCP) and the layout of the restaurant - Draw up and control the room schedules in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
