Your responsibilities and impact working as Account Executive will be: Positioning the company's award-winning Cloud platform and value proposition across multiple verticals and personas.Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest through effective prospecting.Identifying sales opportunities with new accounts by telephone, web, and social media.Managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, evaluation, contract negotiations, and closing.Engaging with prospect organizations to position the company's solutions through business value-based selling, use case definition, ROI and TCO analysis, customer references, and Analyst data.Meeting and exceeding direct sales goals within assigned territory.Working strategically with the Corporate Sales Leadership Team to develop a territory and target account plan to create a healthy pipeline that will yield overachievement in booking targets.Managing the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.Managing an individual sales pipeline to ensure an appropriate mix of prospects, new business opportunities, and firm proposals.Forecasting, managing, and updating pipeline activities using the company's CRM and other sales tools.Skills, experience, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You are fluent in Italian and have professional proficiency in English.You have experience driving volume business sales in the Corporate/Commercial/SME market.You demonstrate a track record of over-achievement of individual sales quotas.You have extensive experience in prospecting, driving, and closing SME sales cycles.You have experience in Business Intelligence, CRM, ERP enterprise software sales.You are a self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business.You preferably have an understanding of Big Data and IoT.You have knowledge of Business Value-Led including key Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership principles.You have experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler.You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.You love working in a fast-paced team environment.What's in it for you?
